Air Compressor Trouble Shooting

     1.       DECREASED CAPACITY OF COMPRESSOR

    2.       L.P SAFETY VALVE BLOWS

·         H.p suction valve damaged

·         H.p suction valve seal leaking

·         L.p safety valve damaged.

     3.       H.P SAFETY VALVE BLOWS

·         Stop valve will be closed

·         H.p safety valve damaged

·         Clogged non return valve

     4.       BURSTING DISC RUPTURE

·         Cooling water temperature too high

·         Cooling water pressure too high

·         Inter cooler or after cooler tubes leaking.

     5.       PROBLEMS CAUSED BY DEFECTIVE PISTON RINGS

·         Increased oil consumption

·         Oil emission from crankcase ventilation

·         Reduced compressor capacity.
