Rocket Parachute Flares SOLAS Regulations

 According to SOLAS Chapter III & LSA Code

> 12 on bridge & 4 in lifeboat and liferaft

> be contained in a water-resistant casing

>  brief operational instructions on its casing

> have integral means of ignition;

> not to cause discomfort to the person holding the casing

> When fired vertically, it should reach min at an altitude of 300m

> At or near the top of trajectory, eject a parachute

> Parachute flare to burn with bright red colour

> Luminous intensity min 30000cd

> Burn period min 40 seconds

> Max rate of descent 5m/s

> Expire in 3 year from date of manufacture.
